Portfolio: My Recent Projects

In 2020-2025, I acted as a liaison between government agencies stakeholders and developers to define digital product requirements and deliver user-centered solutions. I managed tasks, presented concepts, and collaborated with project managers to ensure successful outcomes.

I participated in user experience research, including content audits and strategy, qualitative research through in-depth interviews, usability testing, and the development of information architecture.

I designed A/B concepts, responsive wireframes, reusable component libraries, and prototypes aligned with branding and accessibility requirements. I also iterated on feedback to validate and refine design solutions.

Additionally, I built scalable design systems in Figma aligned with the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS), and supported front-end development and Section 508 compliance.
